Senior executive experience in the credit reference, credit insurance, receivables management and outsourcing sectors. He has established several trade bodies and accredited training schemes. Previous roles have involved setting up major closed user group (e.g. Strategic Development Director at Equifax) in a range of sectors. Currently supporting an Innovate UK project.

Strong knowledge around data protection, security and wider governance frameworks, including money laundering and financial crime. Acting has DPO has been a requirement of several roles whilst operations are mobilised.

Involved as director of major transformation programmes across Europe, introducing regional service centres and integrated IT infrastructure (multi-lingual, multi-currency, multi-regulatory jurisdiction) involving global system integrators. Many projects have involved specialist financing, credit insurance and payment providers of different types in highly regulated environments. Significant focus currently around ESG, cyber-resilience and inclusive design (e.g. ISO 22458 kitemark).
