Kevin Still is the director of KiSmitt (Programme Management), who is a very experienced Programme Manager and company director, with over 37 years experience in financial services, credit management and public sector projects ranging from seed funded start-ups to recent experience with large government agencies (e.g. HMRC) and global systems integrators (e.g. Capgemini). Sits on the Fairness Group and MaPS governance forums.
He has worked with some of the largest outsourcing providers in the world with global projects in; new IT procurements, IT infrastructure displacement, business change, mergers & acquisitions, training & competence development (including apprenticeship schemes and technical academies) and risk management.
Specialist Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in; regulatory compliance, Agile at scale, debt & credit management sectors, dealing with vulnerability, fraud prevention, government major change management programmes and business driven innovation (e.g. digital engagement). Senior executive experience in the credit reference, credit insurance, receivables management and outsourcing sectors. He has established several trade bodies and accredited training schemes. Previous roles have involved setting up major closed user group (e.g. Strategic Development Director at Equifax) in a range of sectors. Currently supporting an Innovate UK project.
Strong knowledge around data protection, security and wider governance frameworks, including money laundering and financial crime. Acting has DPO has been a requirement of several roles whilst operations are mobilised.
Involved as director of major transformation programmes across Europe, introducing regional service centres and integrated IT infrastructure (multi-lingual, multi-currency, multi-regulatory jurisdiction) involving global system integrators. Many projects have involved specialist financing, credit insurance and payment providers of different types in highly regulated environments. Significant focus currently around ESG, cyber-resilience and inclusive design (e.g. ISO 22458 kitemark).
